Right of withdrawal
According to the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract (purchase made by the e-shop) within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day that you or the third party you specified, who is not the carrier of the goods, has physically acquired the item (goods).
To use the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision to withdraw from the unequivocal statement of the agreement. You can use the attached standard withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is optional. To comply with the termination of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient if you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all of the payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your chosen delivery method, which differs from our most inexpensive standard delivery method) immediately, but not later than 14 days from the day when we become aware. Your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make these refunds using the same payment method you used to make a payment (bank transfer to the same account from which the payment was made). In any event, you will not be liable for any such fees or other costs.
We may refuse to make any refunds until we have returned the item (s) in the contract, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the item, whichever comes first. The deadline has been respected if you return the item to the subject of the contract before the 14-day deadline.
The direct costs of the return of the thing must be covered by you.
You are solely responsible for reducing the value of the item due to the use of the item in any other way than is necessary to satisfy the nature, characteristics and operation of the thing. Returned goods must be fully-fledged, packages may only be opened with care, without harming them, as is customarily permitted to be carried out on ordinary food.
